Board of Directors Meeting - called to order 1:32 pm by President Bob Machias.
8 - Board members present
Members present – 12
CRSO Report – Richard Morse is now a Range Officer. New targets are in , that will last about 4 months.
Also new target frames are completeted. The Boy Scouts have talked to Charlie about using the range and
details will follow in the future.
40 people attended the Hunter Safety classes on 02/11 & 02/12/ 2012 all went well.
Buildings & Grounds – Power washed the 50 yard range. Painted the 50 yard range wall and rifle benches.
Safety shields on the RO desk light were installed. 100 yard range shed was power washed. Kick plates
were installed on the club house doors.
Painted the 100 yard range handicapped parking area, also repaired the 100 yard range eyebrows & low
wall barrier.
Insurance report – Joe Hanson reports that the new policy has been renewed for about the same price as
last year.
Old Business – None
New Business – Bylaws & Article changes.
50/50 prize of $ 52.00 was won by Ciro Sinagra
General Membership Meeting – called to order at 3:40 pm by President Bob Machias he asked if there was
anyone who wanted to address anything, there was not.

Board of Directors Meeting - called to order 1:31 pm by President Bob Machias.
9 - Board members present. Members present – 10
CRSO – Lime has been added on the 50 yard range & the 100 yard range. The next swap meet will be on
3/10/2012. Don Oram has a shoot scheduled on 3/31/2012. Zephyrhills Police Department has a qualify
shoot on April 23, 24 & 25.
Buildings & Grounds – Power washed the club house, a kick plate was installed on the club house front
door. The clubhouse small restroom toilet valve was replaced. The 50 yard range benches have been
painted. The 100 yard range eyebrows & barriers have been repaired, also the roof has been power
washed & painted with white cool seal. A new sign has been placed on the upper parking lot to direct
shooters as to where to sign in.
Old Business – None
New Business – Elections nominating committee chair – Bob Machias, Jim Marsee, Hanson.
Supervisor of elections – Chet Kucharsky, helpers – Jan Bailey, Cathy Boykin & Barry Bustillo.
The Board od Directors approved to allow open carry for RSO that are on duty, it is not mandatory, and up
the the RSO. Conceal carry will still be allowed.
50/50 prize of $54.00 was won by Billy Johnson
